Weight Loss Program With Ryan Heary

Are you ready to change your life?
When you sign up for a 3 or 6 month program you will be guaranteed to receive, 10 personal trainings a month, a workout program designed just for you, meal logs with nutrition counselling weekly, e-mail and phone support from Ryan.
Ryan will do everything he can to push you and help you to hold yourself accountable so you will reach your goals.

For years Ryan has dedicated his life to health and fitness. Ryan has been successful helping his clients reach their goals of a happy, healthy and balanced life style.
Ryan has designed a fool proof system that, with his help, and your full commitment will change your life by kicking bad habits and adopting new ones.

Each of you will be held accountable for completing workouts and following the outlined nutrition plan provided.
We will implement three main components to ensure a healthy, consistent weight loss.

NUTRITION, CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE AND WEIGHT TRAINING.

By putting into action the "3 keys"

  1. A meal log for each client to track and monitor Daily calories, protein, carb, and fat intake that we will go over each time we meet.
  2. Following the prescribed cardio workouts to Keep your body burning calories.
  3. Weight training to build muscle and shape the body as is it loses inches.

Cost is $300 a month with contract of 3 or 6 months
Or train with a friend for $175 each.
