Boot Camp:
A fun dynamic and intense workout that incorporates a variety of exercises and
approaches. Equipment may inciude: A step bench, bosu ball, hand weights, exercise ball, jump rope,
and more. This class starts with a warm up that is followed by alternating high intensity cardio
and strength training exercises. Attentlon is given to major muscle groups and will always include
an abdominal and stretch work out. All classes vary from one another, so no two classes are the
same. Whether a beginner or an expert, we welcome all to come and give it a try!

Step aerobics:
This class is made up of intermediate and advanced chonography by using athletic
movement patterns in combmations, while on the step and finishes up with a regimen of super core
training so even the most conditioned stepper is challenged. This class is not recommended for
beginners.

Spinning:
This class is a motivating group cycling class that incorporates aerobics and anaerobics
by using intervals and different rides for a fun yet challenging class. All skill levels are welcome.

Pilates:
Pilates is one of the most challenging and effective ways of building core strength and
stability. This class uses various muscles from the powerhouse group to help with toning and
flexibility of the abdominals, glutes, and back, while also providing an excellent workout for the
inner and outer thighs. This is a class that is advanced in intensity but easy enough for all skll
levels to follow.

Cardio Circuit:
This class is fast paced with high intensity, it incorporates the use of many toys.
this is a very fun, heart pounding, muscle conditioning class that is not recommended for beginners.

Cardio Butts and Guts:
This is a class for all skill levels, in this class the focus is on the glutes and
abdominals. With the use of a varity of equipment like the bosu, stability and medicine balls, step
and more. The pace of this class is slower, but the intensity is high.

Zumba:
Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program.
The goal is simple: we want you to love working out. To achieve long term benefits while
experiencmg an absolute blast in one exhilaratlng hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing
movements meant to engage and captivate. The routines feature interval-training sessions where
fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burnmg fat. No dance

Zumba Gold:
New Class Zumba Gold runs every Monday from 10:45AM to 11:45AM. Zumba Gold takes
the Basic Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of tha active older
participant as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays
the same are all the elements that the Zumba party is known for: the zesty latin and international
music rhythms, the exhilaratin......g, easy to follow moves, and the invigorating, party-like
atmosphere!! If you are an active older adult, or looking to begin a fitness program, and want
excitement and fitness to be a part of your weekly schedule, then Zumba Gold is the perfect fit!!

Kick combo:
This class is an intense hour of fun, it is a fierce cardio kick-boxing routine with high
energy non-stop drills followed by target pads and some bosu ball work. This is a class for all
levels but, you must want to work hard.

Core and More:
This is a low impact work out that incorporates: pilates, yoga and bosu for a 50
minute body conditioning experience

Pilates with Props:
Core strength, power and flexibility are the key to engaging your athletic
performance as well as your body's appearance. Traditional mat-work will be combined with the
use of the stability ball, weighted ball, and light weights to create a more intense core workout
focusing on the abs and back while providing enough cardio to elevate your heart rate. This
workout is packed with critical cutting edge routines to improve your core muscle definition.

Spin and Strength:
This intense cardio workout provides 45 minutes of advanced spining that
combines traditional sprints, hills and jumps with longer durations of resistance climbs and
alternating bursts of varied speed segments. The final 15 minutes of class challenge your upper
body strength using differing types of push ups along with abdominal exercises that will push your
core to a new level.

Circuit Sensation:
Are you ready for a work out that is athletic, intense and mone fun than a three
ring circus? We will use balance challenges with simple cardio intensity for a senstional circuit
work out.

Get ready for a funky dance class that incorporates light weights. if you like zumba , you will love this.

Weights and Cardio:
This highly effective exercise class has it all- endurance, cardiovascular training, and strength
training put together in circuit format. Be ready for a class that is ever changing and
consistently challenging. Workouts may include: plyometrics, agility training, balance challenge,
dumbbells, stability balls, BOSU, resistance bands, medicine balls, core work, and compound
movements for functional training. This 60 minute class will push your workout to a higher level!

Yoga:
Relax after a long day and let your mind and body release away tension through a series of
yoga stretches that utilize balance and flexibility. In this class you will focus on lengthening
your muscles through challenging stretches and improve your balance.
